Dr. Ross M. Markowitz has been serving the Tenafly community since 2007 as the owner and founder of Tenafly Chiropractic Center. After a career-ending basketball injury in college, Dr. Markowitz experienced firsthand the life-changing power of chiropractic care. This personal journey inspired him to pursue advanced education and training to help others achieve the same level of recovery and wellness.
Dr. Markowitz earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University with honors (Magna Cum Laude, GPA 3.75) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Monmouth University. His extensive certifications include Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA), CranioSacral Therapy, advanced Whiplash Biomechanics & Traumatology training, and comprehensive MRI interpretation coursework. Recognized as a New Jersey Top Doc since 2013, Dr. Markowitz is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association, New Jersey Association of Chiropractors, and Tenafly Chamber of Commerce.
